Creating the scripted visuals does not give marketing any more work as d!nk uses the standard functions of PowerPoint® to transform a plain presentation into a multimedia visual with navigation structure (hyperlinks) and multimedia (insert video, embedded PDF).

Add surveys and feedback questions
There is much more value in a sales interaction than only showing documents, visuals and presentations. Sales reps can collect plenty of valuable information from the sales interaction: perception of competitors’ products, estimated product usage, buyer intentions, and customer characteristics for segmenting are just some examples.

Most of the information required to get insight in the market and a specific customer is available during the sales call, but is often registered after the sales call in visit reports from the memory or notes of the sales rep.
With the d!nk plugin, you make a presentation truly interactive by inserting a wide range of survey questions.

Furthermore, when inserting a survey question, you also define how the results will be visualized. After you push the interactive presentation to the app of the reps, the results of the survey questions and feedback to questionnaires are available in spreadsheets on your PC.

Direct interaction
In order not to lose the flow of the sales interaction, sales reps prefer to ‘park’ questions about detailed features. With the d!nk PowerPoint® plugin, SendMail buttons can be inserted at any point in the interactive presentation with a link to detailed information (webpage, video, PDF document). Sales reps just tap the SendMail button in the presentation to send more detailed information without interrupting the flow of the sales interaction.

Onboarding & E-Learning tools

By using the survey functions in the d!nk PowerPoint® plugin, you can even create e-learning courses with quizzes based on a regular PowerPoint. The results of the e-learning quizzes are available in spreadsheets on your PC. Employees keep track of their participation in development courses and on-the-job assignments in the on-boarding app, part of the internal section of the d!nk sales app.
