What did we learn, see and notice:

  • Sales enablement is about building bridges: in fact, building the bridge between go-to market strategy en tactical execution.
  • To implement this you must setup a framework that integrates Sales Initiatives, Marketing programs and ‘Leadership excellence’.
  • Customer Intelligence (CI) is key: it drives sales & marketing, the sales performance and it is referring to business strategy.
  • Re-skill sales people is important: Talent / Engage / Coach / Manage them to be a part of your organisation.
  • The right sales tools must be provided, not only on input level, but also on feedback: statistics, dashboards, reports and analytics. These elements are the driving force for successful sales.


  • 2 exhausting, but very interesting days. We had great contacts with some (new and old) US partners and where able to expand our US activities.
  • Scottsdale is not the most vivid city unless you like cactus plants 😉
  • Quote of the conference: “Mathematics and Science are your friends in order to make complex sales situations more simple”.
