The customer or prospect receives an invite mail and can access the shared documents from any device. By creating one place where all content is being shared from the sales person to the customer, you’re sure to always have up to date and the most relevant information at hand.

In short:
While engaging with prospects and customers during the sales meeting,  you set up an Account Hub containing jointly created sales information (benefit simulation, indicative offer, pricing lists…) and other relevant sales documentation. This is a more suitable way of sharing content between sales and the customer providing only the most important content needed. Without administrative slack and getting buried in emails.
